How to make market rasmali

Today I share Bengali dessert recipe. Rasmali is a royal and delicious,, one of our absolute favorite. Kids also liked rasmali. I hope you guys  like this recipe to make home rasmali recipe in easy way. There are two type of making  rasmali ,but I share easy recipe


Ingredients for making cheena

  • 4 cup milk
  • 2 table spoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Ingredients for making sugar syrup

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4-5 cup water

Ingredients for making rabri

  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 table spoon crushed alomods
  • 1 table spoon pistachio
  • 1/2 table spoon cardamom

Process to making cheena recipe


  • Firstly take a bowl on medium flame and boil milk, after boiling milk then add 2 table spoon lemon juice and stir. Till milk curdles completely.
  • After then drain the curdled milk and squeeze off excess water
  • After 1 hours  ,start to knead the paneer for 7-8 minutes after then make small small bolls and flatten ,keep aside.

Process to making sugar syrup recipe

  • Firstly take a large bowl and add 5 cup water and boil the water, after boiling water add 2 cup sugar, then cover for 10 minutes
  • After that ,prepared panner bolls put 1by 1 and cover and boil for 15 minutes
  • The cheese bolls will double it’s size.
  • After then turn off heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes

Process to making rabri

  • Take a  bowl on medium flame and boil 1 litre milk
  • Further stir milk 1/3 part of milk
  • After that add 1 table spoon crushed almonds, 1 table spoon crushed pistachio and 1/2  table spoon cardamom .cook at medium heat 5 minutes
  • After making rabri and add it cheena bolls, cover keep a side 30 minutes for cooling.
  • After that served rasmali
