Today I share white sauce pasta. It’s silky smooth and oromatic sauce made from butter, milk and all purpose flour. It’s guaranteed way to delight your taste buds. Similar to tomato pasta, white pasta is also extremely simple to make and takes only 20 minutes ,prepare lightly spiced aromatic fresh white sauce, stir – fry the veggies ,boil the pasta and mix them all.
Ingredients to making white sauce pasta
- 3 cup peene pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4-5 cup water
- 1/2 tea spoon oil
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup green capsicum finally chopped
- 1/4 cup finally chopped red capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1’1/2 table spoon butter
- 1 tea spoon finally chopped garlic
- 1 table spoon maida
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tea spoon red chili flakes
- A pinch of black pepper powder
Process to making step by step white sauce pasta
- Firstly take large bowl for boil the pasta and put 3 cup water and put 1/2 tea spoon salt.
- Boil them until al – dente. It will take around 10 -12 minutes. To check whether pasta in a fork and bite it. If it is little firm to bite, it is cooked .If it is too hard to bite, it requires more cooking.
- After then pasta is boil. Then colander and drain excess water.
- Then take a pan on medium flame and put 1/2 tea spoon oil and heat oil ,and put all vegetable and salt to taste, then fry 2 minutes.
- In quick session transfer veggies to a plate.
- Then take a pan on medium flame and heat butter, and still then put 1 tea spoon chopped garlic and fry
- then put 1 table spoon maida ,stir continuously and cook for a minute
- Pur 1 cup milk little by little while stirriny continuously with a whisk
- Stir and mix for 1-2 minutes
- Stir 1/4 tea spoon red chili flakes put and a pinch of black pepper powder and mix well and wait 2 minutes
- After then white sauce pasta is ready. It served hot. It’s taste yummy
